Comcast made me call the Arris manufacturer. I then purchased a Motorola 24x8 Cable Modem (MB7621). I continued to have problems. Tech #2 (with alot of my help) assisted in running a new cable through my house. That is one new cable to the modem with no splits. Still, internet dropped out constantly.
